We have a 30-day return policy(Calculated from the date when the express logistics information shows delivered), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note you will be responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping fees/taxes are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, a restocking fee of $12.99/item, will be deducted from your refund.

The vest is great. I asked the customer service before buying it and they were very nice. It does get a little warmer than expected. The color is the same as the picture, no color difference, the zipper is good quality and slides smoothly.
